Accepted ownership connects units across societies and independent properties through a stable global landlord ID. Co-owners share management rights.
An accepted lease invitation gives a tenant access to their own lease, invoices, receipts and repairs. A change of occupant does not transfer historical financial access.
Configure monthly rent schedules, record direct receipts and deposit transactions, and download statements. Amounts stay separated by currency. Landlord receipts have zero platform commission.
Configure amenities and service-request forms using text, number, date and selection fields. Required inputs are checked before a request is saved.
Tenants submit repairs and review landlord responses. Rental reminders are saved in the tenant portal; external delivery depends on separately configured services.
Create visitor passes and track gate entries with authorized society roles. Confirm device and notification behavior during deployment testing.
Save society information, contacts and billing configuration. Setup progress reflects persisted records, with estimated society size shown separately from created units.
These workflows require the matching plugin release and database upgrade. Hosting performance, backup restoration and external payment or message delivery must be tested in your environment. General private file uploads, landlord online payment gateways and conversion of independent properties into societies follow separately.
